Per the manufacturer when it comes to the shear pins being broken you would have to replace the whole Lippert Jack # LC298707 because the shear pins are not replaceable, and there is no way to fix them.
What you will need to do is purchase a whole new # LC298707.

I'll start out by saying that it's not that a trailer over 102" is going to be illegal, but it does require special permits in most cases; this will depend on the state laws where you reside.
